I highly recommend dainese perforated leather jacket. I think it was the best investment I did.
Motorcycle Leathers – How tight?
Just got my new Dainese Laguna Seca suit. I’m not quite sure if it’s the right size or not. I am 5′8″, approx 165 lbs, wear size 40s suit jacket, 33 waist, not sure on hips. I ordered a size 50 euro, which is one size bigger than I should have ordered according to the Dainese measurements. When I am wearing a set of wicking under shirt/pants, Dainese back protector, and put on the suit, it is very tight, to the point of being hard to zip up. It pulls down on the shoulders when standing (which I guess is normal) and dainese perforated leather jacket is very tight (pulls up) in the crotch. It’s not too bad when I am in the riding position. But it is so tight when standing that if I look down, the collar pushes into my throat and makes me about throw up. This is my first set of leathers so I have no idea if this is too tight or not, or how much it will stretch. Am I supposed to be sweating just from putting the suit on? Lol. On another note… is the back protector supposed to show above the collar of the suit? It is going to be another $100 in return shipping, etc., to swap out to a size 52, so I want to make sure I need a larger size before I start sending the suit off and exchanging. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!Re: $100 shipping. The shipping to me was only $30-40. But, if I do an exchange, i have to pay $30-40 to ship back, and then another $30-40 to have the new size sent to me. I tried wearing them today without the back protector and it was noticeably more comfortable than the very first time I put them on. I think I’ll stick with a size 50 and just try to get them to stretch a bit. Thanks everyone!

VERY good stuff indeed. There leathers are the there number one item. There gloves are top line too.I have always been a [ very ] little disappointed by there boots and helmets. Other then that, you cant go wrong.
UFO!? maybe! Aircraft goat, probablly! But I know it is a FOX!
leathers have a velcro patchon the knee so you can replace the puck when it wears so, ah, NO
Im not sure there is one in london, but http://www.dainese.me.uk is a great store, i bought some leathers off them a year ago, great service, id never gone for a leather fitting quite like it!
Sounds fetish to me. If you aren’t attracted to the people wearing them, I think you have a fetish for the object, not the men.
you dont look like a typical bradley !!!!
Why dont you ask Helen. She is selling it by the looks of it.
Just like how everyone said there is no real definate answer. it really is down to personal preference and how much money you are willing to spend. At the end of the day they are botch going to do pretty much the same thing so just buy the one you can afford and whatever looks good and your happy with it
If you mean the clothing I think it’s really coool
The leather drying out would be the only issue. Cracked and rotted skins will not protect you anymore than a Polo shirt.I’m not saying they’re bad, but after being in a closet (with or without bag) they should be checked out by a leather smith or someone who deals and works with leather.Good luck.T
http://www.kneedraggers.com/list/1112/manu/SpidiThis is a website for a company in america that sell the spidi gear, but be careful about purchasing in America at the moment as I purchase a lot of mx gear from different companies in America earlier this year with the dollar almost matching the U.S.A. dollar I have been able to buy items much cheaper from their than I could here in Australia. But now with the dollar back to much what it was about 2 years ago I doubt that it would be much cheaper to purchase from there. It usually costs me over $35 plus to have items shipped to here and sometimes much more. It is also much more difficult to return something if it has a problem. If you do purchase make sure you get the faster shipping as if they put it on a ship you will be waiting 3 months.
Ebay pretty much dictates how cheap you can buy things for. If you don’t want to pay going rate find a cheaper jacket.

Cant remember the name of the clothing site, but if you go to Motomatters.com , there is normally a link to it on the left side of the site. Its the offical endorsed Rossi gear, so not the cheapest, but good stuff never is cheap. Hope this helps.
Hey HonA great set of leathers is like a any great outfit (with the added excitement of getting out on a bike) to a woman, if you look good you will probably feel good.I wish I had a set of Dainese (racing) leathers, but whenever I wore a one piece set in my early twenties, my boyfriend knew he was in for a wild one! ;o)
Of course it will….that stuff looks like football gear. I dont think you really need to go that extreme. They make jackets with armor built int them, and its basically the same as that stuff, but all in the lining of the jackets (and pants too if you choose). Armor can only protect you so much though. Any kind of serious accident involving impact can be fatal, whether you have armor or not. I was just in an accident in september, fully geared up and a guy turned into my lane without looking, and knocked me off my bike doing about 20mph, and I had a titanium rod and 5 screws in my lower leg as a result. It could have been worse, of course, but it goes to show you, that even armor cant protect against even low speed accidents sometimes.
