How can I save my living room?
I am moving into a mobile home (shoot me now), and it is a rather run down one. I have to get furniture because there is none I can take nor is there any that will be given to me. I want to avoid the depression faux leather paint roller by painting over that horrid wood paneling. I already purchased my living room furniture but have no clue what to do with the walls. I know I can do all one color or I also like one color on three walls and a different color on one. Anyway my couch is black faux leather and the decorative pillows are black and red… Any tips for the color or colors I should use????? By the way please keep it neutral, my boyfriend will be living there too. Thank you all in advance.

set # 1 seems better because its light in weight…A matter of 3 grams can really be painful when you’re hearing music for hours together

i use nail polish, sounds strange i know but it looks good, comes in a range of colors, you have good accuracy with it and it won’t wash off or crack!
Don’t put it in the washer, that will most likely ruin the jacket.I’d recommend you just wear it out eventually the shine will fade away, it’s probably the safest.
Spray it sealer when your done.

I had to get the measuring tape and measure as I couldn’t remember, but it is about the same as yours. It has a bay window in the front and it is a split foyer so has a black wrought iron railing along one side where the front entry and stairs are. On the other side of the stairs is the wall, of course, and when you get to the top of the stairs, there is a hallway on the right, and entryway to the kitchen straight ahead and the living room on the left. I have a large picture on one wall of a doe and fawn nestled together in a wooded setting. There is another picture on the wall that leads into the dining room. The walls are still painted a boring off-white and the carpet is a boring beige. There is a solid oak entertainment center in one corner with a big TV that has been broken for at least 2 months. There is a brown sofa and matching recliner-rocker and a very old chair and ottoman that my husband had before we were married. There is also an old glass and brass end table that is his. The draperies are tan with little multi specks of color in them. I hate the way the room looks now and am anticipating making it over if I stay here. Your room sounds lovely, though.
