Alright, here’s the deal. My boyfriend and I are getting a place with our mutual best friend Mike. Both of the guys have given me free reign over the new place’s decor… with one very important exception: The MAMMOTH black leather couch and over-sized black leather recliner must leather paint for furniture be included.I’m still trying to decide what colors I’m going to use. I was originally thinking about a bright blue and lime color scheme but I’m starting to think it’s going to feel too cold. All of the wood furniture was previously painted BLACK as well, so I’d really like something to punch it up a bit.I don’t want a black and white room. I love color! I also have to stay away from anything girly… I also HATE the color red in a color scheme for a room. (I love to wear it, hate to look at it every day in a living space!) I would like to keep the space cool and calm… without being weighed down by all of the heavy black furniture. Any suggestions?
