I highly recommend leather paint for car seats. I think it was the best investment I did.

What are the rule on returning a used car to a dealership in texas?
We have a approved loan through our credit union and are not financing the vehicle in house. We signed the paperwork with the dealership yesterday and afterwords went ot finish off paper work at the credit union…after they reviewed the purchase agreement…the credit union told us to return the vehicle and go somewhere else due to the outrageous overcharging way over the kelly blue book value and their re-added the money they gave us for our trade in somehow back in to the loan…the credit unions system wont even process the financing because the numbers do not add up at all…the dealership will not contact the credit union regarding this and has made the union very unconfortable with paying the dealership for the vehical. I am worried about returning the vehicle to the dealership..i have no idea what kind of fight im going to have to put up the credit union says leather paint for car seats i have 3 days to return it. (this is the dealerships 3rd strike..we already had a problem with them trying to sell us a tahoe with “spray painted” leather seats…yes..spray painted…upon discovering this they immediately put us in one way better for the same price..but when it came back down ot the numbers the dealership..took 4,000 grand off total price for our trade in…then along the lines…added it back in! so we are paying for it still?!)…..i would like ot know where i can find out info about this….we have a vehicle that we have signed papers with at the dealership…but the credit union refuses to finance this due to the problems that they dealership wont fix.their is a agreement the dealership had us sign i just found…stating the buyer shall return the vehicle promptly to seller if either buyer or seller elects to cancel this conditional agreement to purchase. it states we have to pay 100 bucks for each 24 hour period the buyer has possession..we have had it since wed night at 11 pm. i just want more knowledge behind this regarding returning it to the dealership.also I think some people are mistaking….we have a approved loan with our credit union as well as paperwork to prove so…we just have to shop for something of our choice make sure the credit union agrees with the dealers purchase order and go from there. It is not our fault that the dealership is incorrectly putting information on the purchase order. I just spoke with the dealership and they are taking the Tahoe back..due to mistakes on the purchasing order from them adding back in rebates they gave us…as well as the amount for our trade in and incorrect mileage reported on the forms (the main reason why the union will not go through with financing with this dealership) the dealership refuses to correct this and are accepting the vehicle back…thank you guys for your input
