Looks like a leather studded codpiece. If it is, it can be worn over the crotch as a type of body armor, or with a studded collar and harness as bondage wear.

Well when I bought them, I usually took an exacto knife and made the tiniest hole in my leather jacket. The studs are screw on so you just pop them through then screw. A riveter will put a hole through the leather but close itself back off woth the mushroomed end of the rivet. A punch will just put a hole through the leather and hope that you will lace or other to seal that hole. There is a tool for setting studs called a “curved set” which is contoured to fit around the stud and drive the prongs into the leather. It is best to use a very hard surface underneath to insure that the prongs bend upon entry, Commonly, I use a steel plate or anvil.

You need to either smith(level 36 Smithing, 1 Steel bar) or buy Steel studs, and use them on plain leather Chaps.

Chances are they just didn’t have enough people buying or there was stuff similar to it. Write them a letter and try to do stuff about it, otherwise it may not come back
